Update basic account details where available. If you cannot change something directly, request correction through support.
Order and fulfillment data
Order records support fulfillment, refunds, and dispute handling. Some elements may be retained even after deletion requests.
Cookies & site preferences
Manage cookies in your browser settings. Blocking cookies can affect checkout, login, and saved preferences.
Marketing communications
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails via the unsubscribe link. Service emails about orders may still be sent.
Analytics and advertising settings

Verification protects your information. Outcomes depend on eligibility, request scope, and whether records must be retained for legal, tax, or fraud prevention reasons.

What we may verify
Account email ownership, recent order details, and request scope confirmation. We do not ask for your password.
Response format
We confirm receipt, request clarification if needed, then provide completion confirmation or an explanation of limitations.
Deletion limitations
Some transactional records may remain for compliance and risk controls, even if certain profile elements are removed.
Correction timing
Corrections apply prospectively. For shipped orders, address corrections may not be possible once carrier handoff occurs.
  • Unverified Identity Requests may be declined if identity cannot be verified securely.
  • Active Disputes Deletion may be limited during chargebacks or unresolved delivery issues.
  • Multiple Emails Orders placed under different emails may require separate verification.
  • Legal Retention Certain records must be retained for compliance and risk controls.
  • Carrier-Stage Orders Address changes may be impossible after fulfillment and carrier handoff.
  • Marketing vs Service Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional order emails.
